Poorly crafted game where even missing parts

Have the game for my daughter ordered the 4th birthday, because I actually quite sweet thought the idea. However, the processing of the parts is bad and it will be shipped without packaging. The bag in which the game was in it was torn and it lacked the nails to match. I had then contacted the seller, told me that was where the game comes from a liquidation and therefore it is no box to this would indeed be so in the description on the internet. And it was completely shipping, I can indeed give back if I do not want it. What I have done.
