Installation is very simple and fast, the performance is there even with the originally supplied thermal paste, an i7 3770 OC 4223mhz (24%) rotates at about 30 degrees in idle and 45 fully loaded! I replaced the 2 ventilos by Noiseblocker and put the corsairs also in the tower where I'm running at lower rpm without worries!

That's the positive side, the BIG worries is the noise! I recut it defective model where the pump makes a noise scraping / pump / HDD scratchy! Noise is louder than all 6 of my tower meets ventilos, and since the purpose of the watercooling is silence there is death!
After information from corsair they solved this problem, but I received a batch manufactured in February 2012 when my order of September 2012! So I references the product directly to amazon hoping to receive a model rectified this time because the product is really excellent if you fall on good series!
