Practical case in medium quality

Based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews I ordered the suitcase.
The delivery was prompt the next day.
The case is constructed useful and easy to handle.
After my first plane trip with a typical load for two weeks - Business (clothes, shoes, bath products) with 18kg 24kg outward return (+ documents) - had the case first signs of fatigue.
The roles have difficulties in walking and make noises.
When carrying the suitcase on the main belt, the seam ripped a one centimeter. With the 24kg of luggage was not even fully loaded.
The plastic parts seem to have the luggage loading not done well, some already look very worn.
Have hoped for more. Perhaps one should be willing to spend more money on a suitcase.
