I have the equilibrium ordered pillows in hopes to improve my posture and especially to strengthen my back muscles. I use it now a day for sitting at the computer and realize that my attitude is actually a much better without cushions. The cushion can be good to take on a trip and stow away, it is lightweight and portable and can be a lot to do with it anyway. Too bad I found that no guidance was there, but I've found at Youtube some useful exercises to which you can train other parts of the body than the back. Nevertheless, five stars!
