Striking - compared with other steam generators - is that this unit is a bit noisy when it boots up to operating temperature. Also it will take a bit until you get uniform steam - because initially pearls but a relatively large number of water droplets from the steam sole.
Prima however, I find the shape of the soleplate. Because this has left and right a kind of troughs which facilitate the ironing of plackets enormous. Less well I feel the low overall weight of the iron. While this fact for many interested (s) may be the selling point, however, I have a feeling excessively spend a lot of pressure on the laundry to be ironed. A heavier iron would take me here a lot from body to use.
A used filter cartridge can be conventional power water use for steam extraction. Who wants to give up the relatively expensive cartridges as spare parts, may have recourse to distilled water.
Overall, me the Easy steam generator of Russell Hobbs almost perfectly satisfied with view of the comparatively low price. However, for the slight iron and the relatively expensive replacement cartridges I subtract a star. Stay very solid four star as a conclusion.
