I had to weigh 100g butter; I based on the "graduation" of the butter plate and I had to have my almost 100g. On the scale: 140g! reweighed: same weight. I took out my old balance, I had just under 100g. Tried with flour 50g (weighed on my old balance): 85g displays! Accurate but archifausse! Now I know why my cake Wednesday was weird ...
