The sound is very neutral, but may lack a little bass (normal for speakers of this size).

Very interesting to combine these speakers with a Rapsberry Pi: it makes a fairly compact listening station (the speakers are self-powered USB), with good sound and can be trimbalées everywhere ... Personally I have 2 pairs speakers of this type in my bathroom & bedroom with a multiroom system based Rapsberry Pis and Squeezebox server!
