So I think there exaggerate some who demonize the image slightly. They probably like me at first a not top current graphics card. With my one year old Radeon 7870 I had a restless image. For TV card operation to get it on the eyes, especially in non-HD material. 4K need 4K material and thus also halt a 4K-compatible graphics card.
360 euros later and an Asus GTX 970 Strix provides a good picture in 2D mode. (But partly because of the bucking in 3D mode I can not recommend the graphics card.) When 4K resolution is on the desktop everything is very small ... TV card operating at HD material eg ARTE delivers insanely many details ... Every blemish becomes visible ;-)
Conclusion:
+ Price unbeatable
+ Picture is good
+ Energy efficient
- Loose-foot, unfavorably situated joystick control
Connectors unfavorable if the back is for customers
-VGA And other terminal types are missing (what was known before)
