+ A little clunky, but still fits comfortably in your hand
+ Battery life quite ok, if you look to Shoot limited (little gimmicks in the menus, photo viewing, etc.)
+ After a while, a little study of the manual and tips by an expert, to shoot with this camera very good pictures
+ Many nice effect gimmicks for image editing (images could be shot directly to effect, or be edited afterwards) effects: Miniature, Vignetting, Vintage, fisheye
+ Easy menu navigation
+ Very good automatic function, which can be a non-expert also great snapshots succeed
- Camera needs a lot of light for great pictures, not very suitable for indoor shots
- The result with Sport function (several rapid shots with movement) is often blurred and thus partly unusable
- Target Objects / Images are partly blurred camera forgives little mistakes (despite camera shake Image Stabilizer function)
- The manual is very poorly organized, the information about the settings are very confusing
Conclusion: Solid camera that can shoot pictures not forgive anything, but as soon as good lighting conditions coupled with relatively little motion, class.
In direct comparison with our Coolpix L820 which is about the same price range and visually comparable comes along, the Samsung WB1100F can not score, however; Nikon supplies as simply a much better camera for the same money.
