Here is the salt, not as stated in the description, not flakes but grainy. This makes maintenance especially when mouthfeel make a big difference. This coarse-grained salt "crunches" Unfortunately, a lot more eating, and does not melt nicely on the dish. Under flakes I imagine rather something like the Murray River salt or Maldon salt before which are tiny sheets / diamonds, and then generates a completely different experience in the mouth. But I think that can be in the photo pretty well recognize
