I use the model MIDR-FP-RED. The assessment is of course subjective.

Positives:
+ Rubberized surface which is to maintain very good.
+ Wake up function works very very reliable
+ Good level in various locations
+ Smart Cover (magnetic closure) keeps reliable.
+ Speakers are completely free

Negative
- Second microphone is covered (well only with cover model FP)
- Case-quality, but slightly heavier (486 grams with iPad Mini 2)
- Smart Cover (lid) holds the folded state is not on its own at the back of the case.
- The keys are not 100% centrally in the cut-outs.
- On Cover edge you see the light filling. Looks a bit ugly from processed!
- Case and Cover colors are slightly different from each other.

As I said, subjective and just little things. Since I paid only 14 EUR, a really good price / performance ratio. From me a recommendation with "I like this"
