Price ok, bad quality

I have set up a training plan, which provides 5 times a week 30 minutes exercise time.
After about 1 week was already a significant wear on the seat rolls to notice. After an email to the manufacturer and a waiting period of 3 weeks, I had the spare wheels. But these were after about a week back in the same condition. This manifests itself through significant and uneven resistance and a lot of noise. generally my device was quite noisy.

After a total of 11 weeks using the handle was no longer obtained. unfortunately can give no hint of even the manufacturer.
Instead, it has proposed the same to me to send back the unit and return the money back. no proposal for repair, not replacement.
Guilty at producer ??? I do not know what's going on.

Would I buy any more.
