+ The sliding bush Although plenty of play in the radial direction, which does not disturb the operation. Contrary to some opinions, the thing works really well - up and return to starting position - habs already with 60kg load tested and the jack went still error-free - without a drop of lubricant!
+ Assembly instructions simple (what's up there not to understand? The positions of differnet. Screws are also shown exactly ...)
~ The large vertical frame are - logically - a bit unstable. That this design holds 200kg load state, I doubt it, but for domestic use of max. 100kg reaches this completely.
~ Paint, although not so sensitive, as expected, during the installation you should be careful anyway.
~ The sheaves were not exactly mounted through the plastic sleeves. Although the roles of hit something, but does not affect the operation also.
- But ... but the processing of this product is more than bad! I do not know who or what performed the welding work, but manufacturers seem to have less idea than me. Of atomic physics The frames are welded so inaccurate that some connectors were from that needed to be put together with the hammer.
- Lower cable guidance: this point I agree wholeheartedly. When strap-on rowing the rope touches the frame, the plastic cover jumps out of here temporarily.
- The drilling of a cross frame (between the seat frame and the large vertical frame) was placed exactly at the wrong side, so you can not fix it!
This affects the stability not really, but something should not occur even when best product. Who has a drill or a milling machine at home, the problem can of course easily fix.
- The upholstered seat has so much play as the slide bush, proper mounting is here again also out of place.
Although I wollts during assembly Dismantling and return again, habs but retain and deficiencies largely even eliminated - for the price I now have a handy device!

Note 02.April.2011:
As already mentioned, the strap-on rowing the rope touches the frame - have these now need to cut with the Flex, because the rope to the frame otherwise so abrade that the rubber coating replaces - the steel cable comes in some places unfortunately through. ..

Note September 2012:
After some time at the fitness center I once again used and found that ALL knocking out three sheaves by cheap ball bearings so so that they touch the frame and would be broken scrub after prolonged use the Latzugturm. I therefore had to buy new ball bearings and replace some plastic sleeves by rolling steel parts.
Unfortunately, the carabiner has while exercising once opened and I looked at the handle bar "drawn" with full force in the neck, which then has hurt a couple of hours unnecessarily.
Given the cheap version and the necessary rework can save the money and weld together a couple of steel profiles themselves which can only get better ... who is not a craftsman is to leave it alone, by myself, therefore there are only two more stars!
