Everything is convenient and fast stowed in the small backpack. Thanks to embedded pockets and Velcro straps from slipping in even nix. All together (with backpack) weighs just under two kilos! - So that it can safely and anywhere, even on long-distance travel, be a faithful companion, with the starry sky at the resort more and brighter open, as it would do the most binoculars. Despite its lightweight construction it is amazingly stable stand, and of course you can, the "tripod" sometimes as such "misuse" (otherwise it would probably not one in the luggage ...).
It is also suitable as prima Lichtstarkes glass for observation of terrestrial "corners", as for animals in twilight.
For interested beginners from the young teen-age the device is recommended as well. (For even younger kids who would probably rather the "First Scope 76" from the same home suitable because its operation is even simpler.)
With "First Light" Celestron put even a little Astro software with the backpack, which helps in finding the right celestial object.
It is therefore the ideal, lightweight, space-saving (third -... or) second device on the go. Without nonsensical frills (like just when relevant supermarket telescopes in fashion) can be present eyepieces "use (or webcams) and filters in 1 1/4 Steckmaß and can thus conjure a lot of the small tube. The included 10 and 20mm eyepieces also useful and for beginners and reasonably sized, however, make the tube quite well magnifications to 100x (in planetary observation) or 10x (for deep sky objects such as the Andromeda Galaxy, the Orion Nebula, the Pleiades or Omega Centauri) sense ,
