Price / performance ratio is good, nothing more ...

the problems with the Scart input -> bad picture (as in another recent review also written) I had initially also, I have a scart switchbox both DVD player and radio receiver to a Scart input of Dyon; mainly by replacing the SCART cable / connector / adapter I could, however, still an improvement of the image achieved, so now an acceptable quality was achieved even when input Scart; the Scart cable were of course not the TV there and what is there here for differences, I know my way too little, but I also think that this is here primarily a "weakness" This Dyon TVs

otherwise I use DVB-C, here the image quality is good!
However, I am not particularly happy with the sound quality, I mean for a general (without being able to now describe in more detail) and, secondly, I sometimes think of "root" on (when I ask very quietly before going to sleep the drive strength, this "fundamental" is not always there, and most of these are wahscheinlich not hear, therefore more likely just a side note)

the operation / settings etc. are definitely no problems just feasible, which is a plus point (compared to other televisions)

Conclusion:
effective device and sufficient as a second TV, but you should not have too high expectations on the quality, due to the price / performance ratio is therefore 3 stars
