I bought the tapes for added stability in the ankle area ('m playing football). The tapes are not the best (well you can tell the difference to expensive tape from the pharmacy, especially in the adhesion and strength), but for the price well below the "brand" products.
Therefore, I recommend they continue, even if I have to use a spray adhesive to additional liability / use.
