In this creative music software I have come only indirectly.
I was looking for a similar product to the Apple-provided "GarageBand" which, unfortunately, as you might expect not is not available for Windows systems, however. So I came across the Magix Music Maker MX after a long search in forums. As the price due to the age of the software definitely is acceptable and convinced me various Youtube videos of I ordered.
After a quick delivery of ERSO Media, Packaging unfortunately was pretty verknickt, I installed the Music Maker MX which caused no problems. (Operating system Windows 8 and more easily test on Win Vista) The installation menu is clearly designed and offers next to the Music Maker MX also several additional tools for installation.
When you first start you should, if not already done, watch an introductory video, otherwise it could but, even with the very clearly arranged surface, are complicated. In MMMX available in the basic version 1,500 so-called loops, ie pre-rhythms of different instruments from different genres ready that can be expanded with an attached coupon on the Online Marketplace "Catooh" to 3,500. (For details see the introduction video) The software works on a modular basis, which can serve the MMMX so more easily. So you simply puts on soundtracks loops consecutively and created so as film music or incidental music for their own video or slide show.
It is also possible to create your own loops for your own individual music or songs.
Of course, more functions are still available, direct export to Youtube, Facebook, etc ... Recording
I use the program now for several weeks and am satisfied overall, for what I got for the price (then 11.99 + 3.00 shipping and handling). The program is stable and makes no problems, starts quickly (Acer Predator G3-605, Intel I7 GTX 760, 8GB DDR3-1600MHz) about 6sec. A few more loops and more choice insertable virtual instruments would still be great. Meanwhile, after a prolonged use, but one longs after a more full-featured, as one, quickly encountered in this version, if one has more prior to its limits! So the fun is over quickly and you have to invest new money. Those who intend that, should either look at the Premium version of the Magix Music Maker MX V.18 (currently 24.99) or who still want more, but also next to save the now reduced Magix Music Maker 2013 (base 29.90 or Premium 49.90) is the latest version of Magix Music Maker 2014 in the basic version currently about same price as the Premium version of the 2013 version!
Conclusion >> For the relatively low price offers of MMMX V.18 everything you need to get started in the world of "Music Maker" and also provides neat thing off! And by the voucher for the extra 2000 Loops, he is a strong buy recommendation for creative beginners!
Experienced will get bored quickly with this program, my recommendation is therefore prefer to invest the same in newer products in order to guarantee a longer fun and benefits.
