It is quick to install and enable.
As promised solves Norton its duties in the background and load the system only minimally.
With a laptop (model 2007 / 1600MHz / Windows Vista) that looks partly different from the main memory (RAM) and the system is quickly overwhelmed when eg scanning (but only if, in addition completed more tasks at even 5 and subconsciously some programs has run.) Norton 360 an intelligent approach as I have also since discovered, as this only at the beginning, for example, scans showed up, then the problem was solved and that the scan has simply worked more slowly, so the scan took longer, but the system was liquid again. That's why I run scans at idle mode. (Idle mode = if I do not sit at the laptop).
For me, 2 GB of online storage for backup are not enough, you need these days at least 5 GB). Of course you can save the selected backup files to USB, external hard drives, CDs, etc..
Norton 360 Checks online at Facebook.com, news and links to malicious links and other threats. In addition, a toolbar displays the safety of the current web page. But you can also externally individual websites before calling query whether it is safe.
How Parental Control in Norton 360 is, I do not know because I do not even need.
