Preface I want that music simply comes from a simple CD player, amplifier or no EQ between.
I inserted just "Thriller" by Michael Jackson. In direct comparison with my speakers - what one can hardly compare that cost one hundred times this headphone - what I feel? A strong stereo separation, the music on the right handset is extremely far away from the left channel. I find that quite refreshing. You immediately hear the recording quality of the CD!
The headphones are bass emphasized, that's right, the bass seems slightly thicker than necessary for the mids and the highs are withdrawn. Also I feel particularly at a somewhat higher volume as useful and enjoyable. Minimum details to be reproduced by other KH, thereby disappear or are pushed into the background. This is not so for a studio monitor headphones but is rather intended for outdoor applications on the iPod or MP3 player that is already clear from the packaging here.
Slight distortion can be heard, which one takes only true if you have previously heard the music on world class boxing or an extremely analytical KH calls his own.
Overall, the music acts as heard by two curtains, but it sounds consistantly good to my mind, it really sounds better than my older Sennheiser. Perhaps he is even softer after a few hours.
Now the disadvantages:
- I miss something the heights - but that can annoy even if it gets louder
- The bass is clearly emphasized in comparison, but also quite nervous untenrum, somewhat imprecise
- KH has some distortion across the entire spectrum, sounds at first a little "topfig"
- I'm wearing glasses, wearing comfort is so, let's see how long you can keep on the
- The ear cups are small, although I have small ears, but it does not hurt
- The cable is too short, 120cm is ridiculous, well designed for MP3 operation.
- No accessories can no adapter to 6.3mm plug
- Individual instruments begin to annoy quickly (Neil Young's electric guitar, for example.)
the advantages:
- Looks really cool
- Sounds quite appealing, at the price I agree
- The sound would have formerly often wished clear recommendation.
- Noise from the outside only come "far away" by, comes to the volume of
Am quite happy so far, but now increasingly skeptical.
