Pricey but to comply with the specified range (reasonably)

As usual for original cartridges and it is overpriced, but positive is that the promised coverage will also reach halfway, which at conservatively estimated 400-500 pages means printing costs of about 5ct per page (plus paper.) (For comparison, a Brother Laser Printer creates about 2000 pages with a cartridge that costs in replica 20-25 Euro, the original 45 euros, so cost per page <1-2ct)

The PG-540 (XL) are a combination of print head and ink tank, an advantage of this is that with each new cartridge is equal to the new print head, foolishly raises the price the cartridge thoroughly. There are no replicas, refill but is described in the network.
What struck me positively: the ink is relatively resistant to water, etc., the old problem of smudged letters with text markers is much less pronounced.

CAUTION:

It should be noted that the cartridges 540 pg and 541 cl "normal" in a XL and a version are available. Here, the "normal" contain about 1/3 of the amount of ink of the XL version (1/2 so large ink sponges and not even saturated). It is therefore advisable only to buy the XL variant.

The 5 star rating refers to the product properties that the price in my opinion inappropriate will not change the good quality of ink, printhead and packaging.
