We have the warm white LEDs. Is a pleasant lighting, not really warm, but without blue shimmer, so definitely do. By breaking the flame attachment to beautiful light reflections arise.
Unfortunately, 2 candles set her burning in the third year. Since we of LED already a considerably longer service life expected advertised with on the pack. In our model, man needs to replace the complete candles. With the newer models - probably the burn is more common - is the "flame" abnemhmbar and the LED can be replaced (two replacement LEDs are in the new package included). Much less waste!
Both complete candles and LED can be individually ordered at Trango (LEDs exist in sets of 5 for 4.99, a single candle for 2,20).
I just hope that the other LEDs not now burn all gradually genause quickly. (But even then it is not expensive to use than every year beeswax candles ;-))
I would buy the tree candles again.
Positives:
- Just look good.
- They are easy to turn on and off the foot switches,
Distribute any aum tree -
- Almost invisible cable management
- No annoying battery change as wireless candles
- Good brightness
Negatives:
- Limited durability of the LED.
- Rather than white warm white - but no blue tinge (the chain is now also available with "yellow" light)
- Flickering quite rough and unnatural
Addendum: have turned on Trango and get sent two new candles for free and uncomplicated. The service is really good. The coming years will show, how durable the remaining LEDs are.
