Attention this cable is intended to connect a disk controller card but at a backplane. It is a straight cable (straight through, reverse breakout, 1: 1, several possible terminology is a bit confusing). To connect directly to a card controller disks you need a crossover cable (reverse, crossover, forward breakout). I put 2/5 because it is not very clear and may lead customers to be fooled. Beware the InLine 27620A is also a right cable !!
