Works as planned in TTL mode on the Canon S5IS. I mostly use bounce flash, which works very well and leaves a completely different image impression that the one thus not just be possible with the on-board flash. Sufficiently good mechanical quality of such lightweight device. Charging for turning however takes in not completely full (eneloop) batteries up to 10-15 seconds, but then, numerous flashes in 2-3 seconds interval fired. Conclusion: I would buy again at any time.
