The device is relatively easy to configure. But you have to install a special software. Certain things can be adjusted afterwards via the browser. The disk access works without problems. However, one should large plates with the Linux ext2 filesystem format (makes the USB Station).

Disadvantage: No printer status information when printing. The printer Canon IP4200 only works painfully slow with USB Station. There are always about 10 lines printed, then about 20 sec. Waiting period, etc. is probably due to the lack of feedback of status information.
Have device then returned because practically so unusable.
