Problem with LogiLink USB extension cable CAT5 / 6 to 60 meters

I tried my standing in the basement ISDN system Auerswald Compact to connect 2204 USB using Devolo dLAN Highspeed network adapters (via power supply) and the LogiLink extension cable USB over Cat5 / 6 to 60 meters with my PC on the 1st floor. Here both Devolo dLAN Highspeed network adapters have been destroyed. The USB connection only works using a network cable, with no intermediary other devices like Network Switch 10 / 100Mbit / s or Devolo dLAN Highspeed network adapters. Then, however, the extension cable LogiLink USB over Cat5 / 6 works very well, at least as the ISDN system Auerswald COMpact 2204 USB is concerned.
