Practical and easy to use product.
The problem arose when it came to return it to SAV beaba (beaba being in charge of the service even if the babycook is on sale at Amazon, says customer service amazon).
Living in Belgium, the SAV beaba has shown no flexibility in the management.
"Only supported from a French address" ... I confess to being surprised because this is a beaba brand in all baby utensils stores on this side of the border.
The SAV up to tell us we could still come even drop us ...

Yet as a service and being unable to care for an exchange across borders, Beaba could have a choice, contact the Belgian distributor to see if a supported via the latter could be possible, or, may contact the customer service amazon ... But I guess it is more profitable and comfortable to let the customer to fend for himself.
It would have been commercial bothering to efficiently transmit the file to the authorized service supported.

Following this, I turned to Amazon, which, as usual, has provided a perfect customer service: standard exchange at their expense (! Sending and delivery in Belgium included) -> thank you :) Amazon
So babycook is a good product, yes ... but take station for service to beaba if you live outside France !!!
