Problematic Guarantee

Overall I was quite satisfied with this device. However, the display hinge is now gone defective after almost nine months. So one has when opening and closing an ever stronger resistance feel to it iwann no longer went.

I therefore wanted to take the warranty service. But realized that Lenovo all the vessels in Germany can send to Medion. An initially not problematic, however, appears not to be considered very high Medion customer service. It is virtually impossible to reach someone there by mail and when answers come have usually nothing to do with what you have written prop.

Ultimately claiming Medion that the error would have resulted from improper use and I therefore the repair of 140 euros is therefore to pay themselves. In my opinion, that's a joke. Trying to contradict - and may close yes hardly be a misuse - is not possible. In emails as they say not really respond.

The guarantee is therefore a disaster Keep that in mind if you the idea you played so buying a device.
