Problems of stability and battery charge

I had to make the device.
Problem 1: Loading unusually slow: several days + nights to see the gently% filling of increase battery.
Abnormally rapid consumption: after 10 'of use, the battery is flat. I assume and hope that it is a point defect and the replacement / repair will make us forget the wrong time
Problem 2: more random: windows window closures not done properly; the screen disappears and gives way to a bizarre degraded office. There is perhaps windows8 involved? Unlikely, we would know!
