problems relatively quickly - possibly a "single fate"

Basically, the shoe is a good article - feeding keeps the foot warm.
However, he falls (for me) a little too big from, so I got a little problem in wearing comfort:
My right foot had too much latitude / lack of overall stability, so I got in the heel bruises. This makes a prolonged wearing impossible.
It may be that this is a single destiny, therefore I do not want to negatively evaluate, but choose here an average voting.
