Problems with ARC (transfer TV sound)

The "small" Yamaha receiver is the sound and the operation his "big brothers" in many ways equal (I have two larger models in use). Sound very good, use Yamaha-typical (I'll be well with it). Transfer Blu-ray incl. 3D class. However, there was at me in combination with a new Samsung 3D LED TV problems with the transmission of sound via ARC (ie the TV sound is received via HDMI). Actually, even that works very well, if you have it once established. Then you can adjust the system volume using the remote control of the TV or alternatively also on the FB on the receiver. However, if you switched between the transmission of a DVD and cable TV back and forth, and then the device off and on again, he loses (at least for me) the settings. This leads then to the fact that the TV sound will not come from the system speakers, but again from the TV speakers (which compared to the boxes, which depend on the receiver are inferior course). I had to repeatedly (as in the manual of Yamaha as a troubleshooting recommended) pull the appliance plug and then re-try it. Then it worked again and again, but the problem came the next switching on and off again. Maybe just a mistake on my device, but so unacceptable, so I give the device back and try a Pioneer receiver the same price class.
