Product and service was great - and at the price!

I bought the Emergency key for a youth center. Unfortunately, it was already there a few days until I finally joined them, unpack it. There I saw, unfortunately, only that the glass plate was left in the supply to breaking. I wrote an e-mail directly to the seller / manufacturer, and got:

a.) a prompt reply from the Chief
b.) two glass plates sent free and fast.

So much quality (the product is top) and especially such a service are not usually found in this price range. Keep it up!
