We can always assume that I was particularly awkward, but when a product is advertised as easy to install and avoiding bubbles ... We expect that the said installation is not a test! I was fine to carefully read the instructions, the result was a disaster: pustular screen ... So I had to remove the protective film and discard. Shame!
