Product Defaulting

I gave this product a pleasure that was initiated on 6 March. Here lintéresse user experience:
On the first interesting First, the product worked and seemed effective.
However, without shock, not reconnect any telephone after 10 days of use.
Poor reliability or production defect, I am currently looking for a nice package express back to the seller.
I will accompany my sending a nice thank you to obtain refund or replacement.
If I get a new device of the same series, and working more than 10 days, may be I would stay to reposition my judgment.

Update: after discussions with the charming salesman, we realized that we came across a defective product and I was refunded the full amount. The seller even offers me a discount if I order a new product. I have not had any luck but everything was done to satisfy me. Thank you!
