I ordered 2 items, both of which were completely damaged. You have not to be coupled with the Wii and vibrating permanently without that they were in any way in use. I will immediately grab only to unfortunately overpriced originals, although I have already had good experience with non-Nintendo products. Too bad, here it is not worth trying to get a bargain. For service: After a short inquiry I have the products sent back quickly and also get reimbursed quickly the money, this was all good.
