Product good, but permanently blocking access because my acquired code was allegedly misused.

I use the program on a regular basis since 2006 and am really pleased. Since last year (2012) is repeatedly blocked my software during the update, on the grounds that my license was misused. After that was done twice in the past year, I was suspected on the part of the support to have passed the license (as if I had to do as a Freelance otherwise). Unfortunately, this is happening again at this year's update, which is why I really doubt the company. To my PC definitely has no access, so the leak must lie elsewhere, probably from the producer himself.
So recommended only with restrictions.
