On delivery, I waited the deadline (about 3 weeks) provided by Amazon before you send them an email (To know that I did not have the ability to track my package, medium and carrier name did not set me).
Result: The delivery had taken place, but the carrier did not find my address !! After several calls to Chronopost (the delivery agency in question), I had to opt for the delivery of my package in the mail.
But I've never had to call me to signify the arrival time in the day. I opt for the solution: go to the post before the closing time. Finally the package arrived in the mail during the day.
More effective communication would have avoided me a lot of waiting and displacement.
