The shipment was carried by GLS, which, it seems to me, have never seen my doorstep. Neither message, call or mail indicated a delivery attempt. The product was "automatic" return to sender. Only after intensive mail traffic with the sender was the product a second time. Also there was no sign of GLS. The sender mailed me the contact details of a GLS partner (?), In which my product is. Subsequent calls to GLS (88 ct / min !!!) and partner (opening times Monday to Thursday from 9 to 16 clock) in order Pickup were marked in addition to cost of massive rudeness and inflexibility. Horrible - and - a total of more than a month late, I got the goods. For this, I have to deduct at least 2 stars.
