Product ok, dealer information not visible

As first the product could not be delivered to a packing station, which made me suspicious. Only then I realized that this is a product of China is (who can read is a clear advantage). Nevertheless, this information should be made more visible so as:

1) redelivery and reclamation claims are more than difficult.
2) Not visible customs and additional taxes may apply can-
3) A very limited communication with the dealer there.

Especially critical I find the points 1 and 2, so two stars less.

The product itself makes a good impression, should something arise in this regard, I will adjust the valuation.
