I explain: - In early December I order this product knowing that my car is a Volvo S60R 05 (so fully compatible). - After receiving and opening the package, I note that there is no wiring diagram accompanying the module (3 son) that can cut lighting LED when the light is switched on in the car. I said that despite all my efforts, I never managed to run this module correctly. - Contact with the seller: he has no schema, the product is delivered "as is" by the supplier (easy answer ...). - The answer does not satisfy me: I demand a wiring diagram. - The seller replied that the product is delivered "as is" and apologizes if there is no delivery scheme (apology does nothing solutionnent my problem!). - The answer still does not satisfy me: it is their responsibility to provide me ALL the elements for the installation of the product, I told him. - The seller says ask the provider schema. - 3 weeks later, I still have no news (obviously ...). In between, I myself have found a solution to wire this element (with a personal module). - But during installation, the product sold does not fit all! it is wider, higher than the original, the curvature is not the same and above all the fixings slots are not asked the right place! In short, it is impossible to climb ... - Furious, I then seeks reimbursement to the seller. This offers me a refund only after referral. The worry is that the seller is in Germany! which is not specified anywhere in the sale ... But during a follow-up mailing, Germany (or the French post) will provide any data once out of the border. I already returned the equipment in "monitoring" and the seller said never to have received. So I have for this occasion, paid product, the shipping costs, return costs and has had no refund! This time so I refuse to return this product before anything ... - Obviously, the seller has stood its ground. - I have since tried the Dremel to modify the product to fit my car but after working 1H, I had to go to the obvious: he would never go on my car and it has never been properly designed for that!
