We had ordered a specific product to the supplier .... presumably, in the absence of this, the supplier has sent us a replacement product differ .... of course we did not want. We wrote to return the nonconforming product by requesting a full refund of the purchase, including the cost of return .... After numerous emails and various trade discussions for the return and fresh product ... We were finally able to be reimbursed for the cost of return .... however with discussions (messages) from the supplier's unpleasant disagreement ... first ... Reimbursement amount and then the return costs, even as we provided immediately proof of these postal expenses not to develop an additional dispute (which moreover was glued impression on the mailer for delivery) That's the first issue that we have experienced since we order on AMAZON
