When sending of the package, I found within the package that was damaged on one side (while the parcel itself was intact). When I unpacked the filters and I wanted to install it in my carafe, all the coal left in the water as a filter corner was cracked. So I unwrapped the other filters and I found another damaged. Amazon refunded me without any problem 2 items unusable. Amazon thank you;)) However I remain unhappy about the quality of the product itself and seriously think about finding another way to filter my water, especially when you go on the site Brita, explanations on the nature of the filter are not transparent ... ! Already I was asking me questions about their effectiveness and durability ... The only good point was the fact that I still have in my possession a filter jug old pattern glass, so cleaner to keep filtered water (but hey, well filtered is she? I doubt it ..)
