Promised Lightscribe has not worked.

The burner is very small and portable, and for me the ideal complement to the laptop. I bought because of the Lightscribe function burner. Unfortunately, just is not working.
The supplier has offered immediately take back the unit and return the money. A replacement was not offered. If the burner can not LightScribe, although it says in the description ????
The refund of money worked perfectly.
