Promises, what she thinks and exemplary customer support

My smartphone with outer dimensions of 14 x 7 x 1 cm (a LG "L Bello") fits like a glove in this leather case. Had I been an upright case, it is much more comfortable in this size a landscape in my view.
The inner lining is soft with very thin walls without making a cheap impression. Just so the bag remains filled on very narrow belt. The smartphone itself can be pushed out of the bottom with a finger from the envelope a bit, only to be completely removed. The magnetic closure keeps the bag ceiling firmly. While I have known already for other mobile phones cross pockets where the magnet had to "search" the opposite metal plate, this is not the case here pleasing.
The belt itself can be up to 3.9 cm wide to allow the safe holder which consists of two components: 1. a standard belt clip, the second by a counter-rotating loop additionally against unintentional slipping (or attempted against theft) hedges. A really good solution.
The support of the company is - contrary to my first (now deleted) assessment - exemplary. In my case, the company had received from me for 01 April (no joke) via Amazon the order. Announced was the delivery of the span from Saturday, 04 April to Friday 10 April. Until April 13, nothing happened. In my opinion on the shipper came from me a corresponding 1-star feedback: and for this I have to express my apologies to "Shopping star." Reason: I actually had not contacted the consignor before the negative assessment. That was a mistake and will not happen to me again.
On April 14, the very friendly support telephoned me. The day before I received an e-mail - so a very timely feedback overall. How even after now this afternoon undelivered package (without tracking ability - for reasons of cost of course) turned out that DHL was (Post) really been exceptionally long road (postal strike in certain regions). This I did, however, not be classified in the morning. The company has sent me yet this morning after the phone call by registered again a bag and sent me according to our telephone consultation, the package tracking number via Email. The calculated that afternoon arrived the first delivery was not predictable for me. The support was friendly, polite throughout the telephone conversation and tried to understand my position and find a way out. Absolutely exemplary in my opinion !!! As many other companies can really take a good example of it.

The price-performance ratio of the product, the build quality and the support deserve my unqualified 5 star vote and my personal recommendation to buy!
