The Makiwara is basically a block of wood, which was delivered to me only in a padded envelope symbol. This is damage INEVITABLE !!
Also stinks part by Chemistry as hell. This is definitely a health hazard. The thing is with me for three full weeks the fresh air and STINKS STILL !!
