I've gained the power supply in April with LED strip lighting. In the summer, little need was to the LED's operate. Now that the days are getting shorter, I have also the LEDs more in use. Unfortunately, now the power supply broke down. I have complained to the transformer at Lux.Pro. Unfortunately, they only want to have photos and a diagnosis of the damage. I think that's not the role of a customer, to examine the diagnosis. The part is defective and good. The power supply has become so hot that the outer casing has deformed, and certainly have the time blessed components inside. I do not know how warm it has become, but I think that as more can happen than just a fault in the appliance. After 2Tagen e-mail traffic is now part Lux.Pro radio silence. I have no substitute and no other message what happens next. I'm going to buy myself another power supply. Is me safer ..
