The protection for the smartphone is made of synthetic leather. Yes, it was in the description. But I personally find real leather-quality, as was the case with my previous cover. Would never buy again leatherette.
The build quality is decent. However, my Samsung Galaxy Note an integrated pen (Pen) to which you now just very difficult approach comes. This is in contrast to the above point, not a matter of taste and really annoying.
