A huge thing. A pioneer of entertainment television. High voltage across almost 24 hours. But Scheunentorgroße holes in the plot. Annoying staff ... Be honest, how long can you endure Jack Bauer's wife and daughter, or even the three together? Nothing against Bauer, also the daughter is often quite tolerably, but the woman? Oh dear. Or the family of endangered senator is supposed to protect the farmer. The senator's bearable, although his Gutmenschentum often goes too far. (Interestingly fluke or possibly prophetic clear that we will see a black presidential candidate, years before Obama?) But his wife is what you would call a bitch ungallant. Or implausible defiantly sentimental son? Oh dear. Who can spare 24 hours to watching this 24 hour, will probably get bored often, even if it sometimes etched. Speaking of holes in the plot: the order remains no empty assertion ... The film would have us believe, the US Department of Defense operate an underground high-security prison in the middle of LA, but place from only a handful of men to guard. Really? Despite the shortcomings I have enjoyed myself enough for 4 stars. But what about the other years, the more than 100 sequels? Mon dieu ...
