Maybe a little pricey, helpful would be a small app that indicates how is the battery, so you has absolutely no idea where the stands and how long it can still be operated with the remaining charge. Charge cycles cost yes life. Otherwise the arm sling is the great liberation for the thorax, I have the heartrate chest strap so sick that I have specifically looked for alternatives. The Sigma-chest sensor worked quite useful, but is quite heavy and front inflexible, the second Sigma, I have won because Blutooth was already better, the Garminriemen is the best of the chest belt previously used, lighter and more flexible, but when it so tight is that it does not slip, it disturbs after a while just yet.
