I have had in both ears holes for plugs which I have successfully stretched me with this set so I now carry 8mm tunnel. Only people dependent minor point is that if a man has the smooth skin you have probably played between 6mm and 8mm rod a 7mm plug is not included in this set. Total: Quality + Delivery completely satisfactory!
