Quality of the unit is einwandferei - original commodity in original packaging. Ordered with Rassierschaum this Rassierer. Came Item No. AT750 / 16 - The foam has been missing in the delivery. Open Bahr happens often when I read the reviews beforehand. According to supplier (based in England!) This product is available with foam there not. Maybe a faulty storage on Amazon. Reason for my return but request was that the device has no beard trimmer and not a quick charge battery. I wanted to exchange it for AT890. Although the shipment had arrived from Amazon, I was asked in the Amazon return portal to sit down because of the return delivery directly with the supplier (England) in conjunction - which I did. The e-mail traffic in the English language was very nice, but the high Rücksenekosten have me then but deterred.
